Who we are
A flooring company, not a general contractor
Flores Elite Flooring is a flooring business. Floors are all we do: hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and the stairs that connect them. That focus is deliberate. The difference between a floor that looks right and one that almost does comes down to subfloor prep, layout and the final few millimeters at every edge — and those are details you only get consistently right when flooring is the whole job, not one line on a remodel invoice.
We install floors in homes across Chicago's western and southwestern suburbs — owner-occupied houses, remodels, and rental or investment properties. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, ask and we will tell you straight away.
Every job starts with a free estimate. We measure, look at the subfloor, talk through materials and finishes, and give you a clear price. There is no pressure attached to it, and no obligation to book anything on the day.
