Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy covers Flores Elite Flooring and this website, https://floreseliteflooring.com. If you have a question about anything here, call us on (630) 441-7227.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the free estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of work you are asking about, your timeline, the property type, an optional note about room size, and the project details you write in the message box.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare your free estimate, and arrange the work if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people and systems needed to deliver that estimate.

Where form submissions go

When you submit the estimate form, the information is sent securely over HTTPS to the service that manages our incoming inquiries, and from there to us. It is stored only for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry and keep normal business records.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — such as IP addresses and the pages requested — for security and reliability.

Links out to Instagram and Facebook are plain links. Once you follow one, that platform's own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (630) 441-7227 and tell us what you would like done, and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
